Our goal is to deliver fresh, hygienically handled products in a timely and safe manner. Delivery services are subject to availability, service area restrictions, product availability, and operational conditions.

Delivery services are available only within designated service areas determined by Amesh.
Availability may vary based on:
- Distance from store
- Delivery capacity
- Weather conditions
- Local operational restrictions
Amesh reserves the right to refuse delivery requests outside serviceable areas.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order placement.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.
While Amesh makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

5. Customer Responsibilities

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery becomes necessary.
6. Delivery Acceptance
Customers or an authorized recipient must be available to receive the order.
If the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or refuses delivery after product preparation, Amesh reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Charge applicable delivery fees
- Refuse future orders in cases of repeated misuse
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Any issues regarding:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Damaged packaging
- Product quality concerns
should be reported as soon as possible.
8. Perishable Products
Fresh meat, poultry, seafood, and related products are perishable.
Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage, refrigeration, handling, and consumption passes to the customer.
Amesh shall not be responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
9. Failed Deliveries
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:
- The address provided is incorrect.
- The customer cannot be contacted.
- Access to the delivery location is restricted.
- The customer is unavailable to receive the order.
In such cases, Amesh may cancel the order or attempt redelivery at its discretion.
10. Changes to this Policy
Amesh reserves the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
